Mentoring is very personal process which is based on a one-to-one basis. A mentor supports a mentee to learn, develop and achieve goals which are wanted and set by the mentee. It’s confidential between the mentor and mentee.
Before any mentoring programme starts we agree with the Mentees what they want to achieve and when they want to achieve setting agreed meeting timescales and how they want to work-this can be face to face, telephone, Video calls or a mix of all.
